RETURN POLICY

Returns are only accepted for items purchased on www.raremonster.com within 30 days of the purchase date. For a valid return, the items need to be in their original condition, in the original packaging, and with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged – we do not accept returns for used items. Once the items have been received – a refund will be processed and issued to the original form of payment within one week.

 

The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item purchased arrived damaged or not as described, and the buyer reported the issues to Rare Monster within 7 days of delivery. Rare Monster is not responsible for the return packages lost in transit and will only assume responsibility for items delivered to our Returns Department.

 

We do not process exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the preferred item.
